Avicorvi Automatic Feeder is a mash or grain food transportation system,
which is suitable for any space due to its corners, which allow forming
different shape circuits. In this way the food rises or falls until
it's placed in the desirable space.
This transportation system, uses a simple pulling unit where a moto
- reductor spins an aluminum wheal (Catalina) and at the same time
a galvanized steel cable goes by with plastic discs injected in regular
periods and in between the food travels and it's handed in the determinate
places.
The system has a hopper that receives the food. The hopper can be
assembly to the equipment on the pulling unit. The equipment design,
avoids the use of complex agitation systems and it has a security
system that protects the equipment of possible stops caused by estrange
objects in the circuit or by the pulling cable normal elongation cause
by the use and time. The voltage variation or energetic deficiency
can cause motor damages, that's why the equipment has a protection
system, which has a contactor and a termic relay. These appliances
detect these problems and avoid the damage.
