POULTRY DRINKERS.

Two systems of water provision exist for birds:

  • Open System

  • Closed System.

To the open system conrrespord all the  bowl drinker, those of type bell, those of channel, and other similars where the birds have the opportunity to see the water, to put the tip and to clean it in her, to give back the water and the food and to soil and contaminate the drinker permanently.

To the closed system belong the NIPPLES , as long as they do not demand cotoots antidripping, and that gives to birds always clean water and without contamination possibilities. If the farmer provides to his birds clean water with NIPPLES, the water always will remain clean.


 
 

DRINKER TYPE NIPPLE FOR POULTRY KEEPING.

The NIPPLE AVICORVI is a tetina or nipple drinker, of a design very advanced. It does not have pin external activator, and therefore it can't accidentally be activated.

With the same height of level in the water column of the pressure controller, NIPPLE AVICORVI gives greater amount of water than others nipples, without waste or dripping.
The birds receive more water and the bed of the shed stays more drought.

It is the only NIPPLE that takes two spheres and two independent seals, that allow you to assure better behavior. All and each of nipples are checked before leaving to the poultry keepers. The stainless steel spheres and seals are of highest precision, that gives to the NIPPLE absolute air tightness him, when the quality and the pressure of the water are correct.



The amount of water that NIPPLE AVICORVI gives to their birds prevails solely with the height of the water column of the pressure controller. With a height of only 10 centimeters of column level on the pipe that takes the NIPPLES, they give 40 cms3 of water per minute to the birds. And approximately by each 5 cms. of increase in height in the level of the regulator, the delivery per minute to the birds is also increased in 10 cms3 of water.

NIPPLE AVICORVI takes care of from the first day, to broilers, pullets available, eggs commercial lays, heavy breeders, and in addition it gives to water with much efficiency and sensitivity to him to the adult quails.

AVICORVI offers one cotoots to help to initiate chicks (ace) which it is used only the first 3 days, that contribute to one better initiation of the birds, This cotoots is compatible with NIPPLE AVICORVI only.

UNIVERSAL DRINKER

It is a advanced drinker design. Its Plato or bowl has only 20 centimeters of diameter but nevertheless it takes care of simultaneously 9 adult birds.

For each space available in any drinker, 10 birds are taken care by day.
In theory this drinker has capacity to take care of 80 to  90 adult birds every day.

The legal space where the birds take water in the drinker type bell, is the hoop that provides water to them, and that only has 3,5 cms of wide; for that reason when the birds are adult they take  water diagonally because they can't do it front because those 3,5 cms of wide of the hoop are insufficient.

UNIVERSAL DRINKER AVICORVI in spite of its size, has better access to the birds that the drinker type bell. The bird can accede 6 cms. its head in the plate of UNIVERSAL DRINKER AVICORVI, taking front without problems.

It occupies less space in the shed. If you put one after another one, in a square meter enter 25 UNIVERSAL DRINKER and if we do the same with the drinker type bell, only enter 9 units. Bird by bird, the drinker type bell  occupies more space in the shed.

The cleaning of the UNIVERSAL DRINKER is of greater facility and smaller time than the type bell. And the water waste that takes place in its cleaning is much smaller than the one of bell. The water arrives at the Plato of the UNIVERSAL DRINKER by orifices that leave directly by the inferior part of the central tube, with minim contamination. In the type bell the water arrives at the hoop after lowering by the bell gathering dust and dirt of the shed.

The ballast in the drinker type bell is generally a deposit with water that is in the internal inferior part of the bell, remains there and it ages, and this deposit disables its cleanliness in that site. The ballast that is part of the UNIVERSAL drinker is a metallic rod that is protected and permanently sealed in a tube PVC, without contamination of the water.

The cleanliness in the UNIVERSAL DRINKER is much more simple, less expensive, and simply better.

AVICORVI LATERAL CUP.

As alternative for water provision for cage layers and quails. Of very easy installation, with very exact valve and long play, that works with a pressure of a water tank whose base is to about 3 meters on the cups.

It comes with a clamp that allows a fast and easy installation. Its valve is independent and can change at any time.

CUP CRISTINA


One settles directly in pipe PVC of ½ ", and it is also used for birds in cage.
It requires spiral tortoise  that knits to the pipe, and that comes with the cup.

OTHER PRODUCTS


PRESSURE AVICORVI REGULATORS .

They are indispensable for the good operation of any nipple. Without the regulator, nipples would give excess of water producing humidities in the bed or floor of the shed.


Model 1800
For lines until 30 meters of long, take care of 1500 adult broilers. Or for short lines in cages of layers or quails where they can take care of until two floors, one on another one, with low pressure, so that the birds accede with the maxima facility. It is of low price, being nevertheless of excellent precision.

The water tank that provides water to this regulator can be between 3 and 4 meters of height. Regulating Model 1800 settles in small explotations where NIPPLE AVICORVI is used.

Model 5000
For lines until 160 meters of long, for taking care 8000 adult birds.
 


When AVICORVI REGULATORS  1800 are installed, it  is advisable that the tank that provides them the water, is set a noninferior height in its base to 4 meters, so that there is a good volume and delivery of water.

The previous regulators do not take diaphragm. They work with floater and their inner metallic components are made in stainless steel.
